Free shipping worldwide on orders over $99.
For U.S. Customers:
- We aim to check and pack orders within 5 business days. We will email you if the item is out of stock.
- Orders from the U.S. will usually arrive within 7-15 business days of shipment, depending on your destination.
For International Customers:
- We aim to check and pack orders within 5 business days. We will email you if the item is out of stock.
- All international orders will usually arrive within 7-28 business days of shipment, depending on your destination.

Note: Shipping rates for remote countries will be calculated based on logistics and distance and will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We now cover all customs duties and fees for the following countries: USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
For the Rest of the World:
- We will try to minimize customs duties that you need to pay, but if customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are incurred, these will be borne by the customer.
- Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the package.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs taxes and duties.
Delivery
- We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We cannot file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insecure shipping address.
- Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued only when they are received back, and a re-shipping fee will apply.
- If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at info@thesupermade.org with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
- We will try our best to deliver your order to your door; however, in rare cases, the customer might need to pick it up from the local post office.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund if customers refuse to collect the package from their local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. Packages will not be returned to our warehouse since we ship from overseas.
